インドでバナナケーキ作り / Banana Cake Preparation

この前（と言っても2ヶ月も前！）、友人夫妻のお宅にお邪魔しました。

I went to my friend's house to prepare banana cake together. Unbelievable that two months passed from that time.

娘さんがその日の予定を書き込んでいるホワイトボードに私の名前が！可愛すぎます。

この日は皆でバナナケーキを作りました。

We had plans making a banana cake, and we did!

ハート型です。

Heart shaped banana cake baked in a microwave oven. Yummy...!!

チャイを用意して、切り分けて皆で食べました。

We had it together with tea.

その後近所の公園へ。ここにはKanakakunnu Palaceというお城があります。中には入れませんでしたが、展示会などのイベントがある際には一般公開されるそうです。

After that, we went to a park called 'Kanakakunnu' where they have a palace. We were not able to enter, but during some exhibition period, it is opened to the public.
